Certification
On successful completion of the test users can download and print a certificate.
The course is RoSPA approved
Duration
The course lasts approximately 45 minutes
Test
Users are required to take a final test consisting of 10 default questions. The default pass mark is 70%
The course administrator within your organisation can:
- Change the pass mark
- Implement the random test question feature which selects 10 questions from a bank of 20.
- Can specify that more than 10 questions must be answered (up to the full bank of 20 questions)
Target Audience
The course is suitable for employees of all levels and is particularly suited to new employees who are required to take health and safety induction training at the start of their employment. It should be combined with a site specific induction which covers the local hazards and control measures.
Course Curriculum
Details both employee and employer health and safety responsibilities under health and safety legislation and how these are enforced. Provides employees with basic health and safety information. Explains the causes of accidents and the importance of reporting accidents. Discusses the difference between a hazard and a risk and the importance of risk assessing tasks.
